Shipping Information

GROUND SHIPPING : Shipments going ground (regular shipping) will go via either FED EX ground or USPS via first class or Priority Mail. The shipping method will be determined once your order has been processed. These charts are for the Continental United States only. Call or email for other locations.

Shipping charges for most items will be calculated according to the dollar value of your order. Some items, due to size and weight, have their own shipping charges.

To figure your total shipping charges we calculate the dollar value of all regular items and apply the amount on the chart.

We ship in stock items within 24 to 36 hours of receiving your order. Ground shipments will take from 1 to 10 days depending on your location. Allow 3 weeks on any special orders (ie..team orders, monogramming or appliqué orders).  ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR HOLIDAY PERIODS.

FIRST & SECOND DAY SHIPPING : Air deliveries are Monday Through Friday, and transit times do not include the weekends. Expedited shipping is available and the charts are accurate for most items. Any items with "special shipping charges noted" or items with "ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR AIR DELIVERY," due to their weight and/or size, will cause the shipping amount to increase. You will be notified of actual expedited charges on your final order confirmation. Every effort is made to ship expedited orders within 24 hrs. (Mon-Fri.). But, if your order positively must go out please call to verify that your needs can be met. EXCLUDING THE OCTOBER TO DECEMBER HOLIDAY SEASON, FIRST DAY & SECOND DAY AIR INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12:00 NOON EST (MON-FRI) TO RECEIVE SAME DAY SHIPPING ON IN STOCK ITEMS.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction with all purchases.

 We will gladly offer a refund or exchange (shipping not refundable) for defective or unused merchandise within 60 days from date of purchase if you are not satisfied with
your order.

Return items using USPS (insured) or Fed Ex, for tracking of your item.

Complete the Return/Exchange Form in your shipment and return it with your merchandise.
